Frank Carlin

Frank Carlin is a Senior Project Manager at HBK Engineering, LLC, where they have been employed since 2013. Previously, Frank served as a Senior Designer (Supervisor) at Peoples Gas Light and Coke from 1973 until 2008, with a return from 2010 to 2013 to lead design efforts for the People's Gas Cast Iron Accelerated Main Replacement Program. Frank's expertise includes Distribution and Transmission Gas Design, Station Design, Construction Management, and collaboration with the City of Chicago on permitting processes.
