Raheel Minhas

Raheel Minhas is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in finance, auditing, and internal controls. Currently serving as Financial Controller at HBL Asset Management Limited since August 2025, Raheel has previously held significant positions including Chief Internal Auditor at Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College from July 2018 to August 2025 and Manager of Finance and Treasury at Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited from July 2011 to June 2018. Raheel also has a background in auditing, having worked as Assistant Manager Audit at Russel Bedford from July 2010 to June 2011 and as an Audit Trainee & Supervising Senior at A.F. Ferguson & Co (PwC Pakistan) from September 2004 to September 2009. Education credentials include Chartered Accountancy from ICAP and an M.A. in Economics from Karachi University.
