Melinda Fiddler has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles. Melinda began their career in 1994 as a Cash Office Associate and Front End Checkout Supervisor/Service Desk Associate at Kmart Stores. In 1999, they joined Amcor as a Quality Lab Technician and Receptionist, and later became Quality Department Lead. In 2020, they took on the role of Project Manager at HBP Inc. During their time at Amcor, they leveraged their expertise in maintaining, repairing, and calibrating lab equipment and developed Standard Operating Procedures and processed purchase orders for quality lab equipment and processes. At Kmart Stores, they handled all cash register operations and maintained the accuracy of all checks and money orders. Melinda also formulated detailed reports and submitted them to the management team. Additionally, they managed all front end checkouts and associates, administered customer returns, and responded to customer inquiries.

Melinda Fiddler graduated from James Buchanan High School in 1994 with a High School Diploma. Melinda then obtained a Frontline Leadership Traini certification from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in September 2016, followed by a HACCP Certification from Professional Food Safety Ltd in August 2016.
