Cathy Stephenson is the co-Vice President of Social Enterprise, Community Partners and Skills Gap at HBS Club of NY. Cathy has extensive experience in the financial industry, having worked as the Deputy Managing Director of Strategic Risk Management Advisory at Tokai Bank Europe's Derivatives Trading Subsidiary. There, they were responsible for guiding global companies to understand and develop financial risk strategies, and then implement state-of-the-art processes and procedures to measure and monitor their financial risk.

Since their time at Tokai Bank Europe, Cathy has been dedicated to working in the social enterprise sector. Cathy has been heavily involved with the Harvard Business School Club of New York Social Enterprise Committee / Community Partners, where they have helped connect businesses with the resources they need to be successful. In their current role at HBS Club of NY, they are continuing their work to close the skills gap by connecting businesses with the talent they need to succeed.

Cathy Stephenson attended Harvard Business School, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. Cathy also spent a year as a 3rd-Year Exchange Student at Edinburgh University, where they studied Artificial Intelligence.
