Pialy Aditya

Pialy Aditya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and investment across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Advisor at Republic since 2018, Pialy also co-founded and serves as General Partner at WOCstar Fund, which focuses on tech innovations led by women of color. Additional roles include mentorship at XRC Labs, investor positions with the Harvard Business School Club of New York, and advisory roles with First Growth Venture Network and The World Forums. Previous leadership experience includes General Manager at Shop Your Way and Co-Founder/COO at Mintbox.
