Yarnila Gaffar

Yarnila Gaffar has a diverse work experience, ranging from being an HR professional to holding management positions in various companies. Yarnila started their career as a Recruitment Staff at PT Parastar Echorindo, where they were responsible for finding suitable candidates for job openings. Yarnila then worked as a Freelancer at PT Tujuh Dimensi, specializing in managing talent, developing games, and mastering ceremonies for various events. Yarnila later joined Group of Magazine - Kompas Gramedia as a Training & Development Officer, coordinating employee development initiatives. Yarnila then served as the Head of Training & Development at Galeries Lafayette, overseeing the training and development programs. Yarnila also held the position of HR & GA Manager at Airbus Helicopters, where they managed HR and general administrative functions. Yarnila further advanced their career by becoming the HR&GA Head of Country for Airbus Indonesia, responsible for overseeing HR and general affairs across all divisions. Afterward, they pursued a career as an Independent HR Consultant, providing guidance and advice on human capital optimization and strategic HR planning to various companies. Currently, Yarnila is the Head of Human Resources at Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung.

Yarnila Gaffar attended Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a Strata 1 degree in Psychology.
