Tommy Foltz

Tommy Foltz has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Starting in 1993, they served as the co-Director of National Clean Cities at the U.S. Department of Energy until 1997. From 2005 to 2007, they founded and served as the President of Patriot Biofuels. In 2010, they joined BHP Billiton as the State Government Affairs Manager for their Petroleum division, responsible for government affairs activities in Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana. In 2014, Tommy became the Executive Vice President at HBW Resources LLC. Most recently, in 2019, they assumed the role of Director of State Government Relations & Public Affairs at Sultan Global Group.

Tommy Foltz obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Political Science from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
