Mar Roca Santiuste

Mar Roca Santiuste currently serves as Global Head of Growth Initiatives at HBX Group since October 2023, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at Hotelbeds where Mar held various key leadership roles, including Global Head of Growth Initiatives, Regional Sourcing Manager for Africa, Regional Director for the Pacific, Malaysia, and Philippines, Regional Product Manager for MEAPAC, and Head of Project Development for MEAPAC. Additionally, Mar has experience as Head of Yield for Greater China, the Middle East, and South Asia, and served as a Business Processes Accommodation Specialist for MEAPAC. Mar began professional career at Iberostar as an Assistant to Management in 2006. Educationally, Mar holds a degree in International Hotel Direction from Universitat de les Illes Balears, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
