Seyed Alireza Zamani Dahaj has a long history of work experience in the field of computational biology. Seyed Alireza holds a Bachelor of Science from Amirkabir University of Technology, which they obtained in 2007. In 2013, they became a Research Assistant at McMaster University, where they analyzed patterns of gene presence and absence in a maximum likelihood framework. In 2016, they became a PhD Candidate at the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts, where they developed a stochastic model for analyzing cell-fate transitions. In 2021, they joined GenoTwin Inc. as a Senior Scientist, and in 2022 they became a Senior Computational Biologist at hC Bioscience, Inc.

Seyed Alireza Zamani Dahaj attended Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics. Seyed Alireza then went on to McMaster University from 2012 to 2014, where they received a Master of Science (MS) in Physics. Seyed Alireza is currently attending Georgia Institute of Technology, where they are pursuing a degree in Quantitative Biosciences.
