Brian Kilby

Brian Kilby has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brian currently serves as the Director of Operations at Electro Freeze / HC Duke and Son, LLC since August 2022. Prior to this, Brian worked at R.A Jones where they held multiple roles including Operations Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Engineer from 2011 to August 2022. Brian also worked as a Design Engineer at Dell Perot Systems Engineering Services from 2008 to 2011 and as a Service Manager at Geek Squad from 2003 to 2008.

Brian Kilby completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics at Coe College from 1999 to 2004. Brian then pursued further education at Iowa State University, where they completed a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from 2010 to 2013.
