Deborah Stott

Deborah Stott has extensive experience in recruitment and resourcing, currently serving as a Resourcing Business Partner at HC-One since April 2015, where leadership of a nine-member team facilitates recruitment across 64 care homes in Scotland and Wales. Previous roles at HC-One include Management Recruiter, where a successful transition from Nurse Recruiter occurred, and Resourcing Administrator, contributing to the organization's mission in providing specialized care. Prior to HC-One, Deborah worked as a Barmaid on the Teesside Princess from October 2012 to May 2017 and as a Screening Officer at G4S from June 2007 to April 2015, notably participating in the recruitment for security at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Educational background includes GCSEs obtained at St Patrick's Comprehensive School from 2000 to 2005.
