Ian Foskett

Ian Foskett is a seasoned Commercial Manager at HC QS Ltd since August 2011, specializing in the repurposing of commercial spaces, such as the Village Office and Debenhams project for Westfield. Prior roles include Senior Quantity Surveyor for significant projects like the One Nine Elms Hotel, One Braham, and Fairfield Halls, collaborating with top contractors including Multiplex and Vinci. With expertise in mechanical and electrical works, Ian has managed M&E fit-outs and installations for various commercial buildings, including the 100 Bishopsgate project and phases of One Mabledon Place. Ian began professional training as a Trainee M&E Quantity Surveyor at Haleys Ltd and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Management from London South Bank University and an HNC in Quantity Surveying from the University of Greenwich.
