Anthony Varner is the Director of Talent at hc1 since March 2023, where Anthony focuses on building recruiting processes and impacting talent development. Previously, Anthony held roles in talent management at various companies such as DecisionRx, Inc., 3Aware, and InvigorateHR. With a background in HR and recruiting, Anthony has experience in managing talent consultants, creating talent functions, and overseeing recruitment processes. Anthony holds a Master's degree in Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in History and International Studies from Capital University.
