Lacy Devine

Lacy Devine has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent position was as a Program Manager at hc1 starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Services Operations Manager at hc1 from March 2018 to July 2019. Before joining hc1, Lacy worked at Genesys as a Project Manager from June 2014 to March 2018. Lacy also gained experience as a Services Coordinator Specialist at Interactive Intelligence from December 2011 to June 2014. Lacy's earlier work experience includes a role as a Quality Control Assistant at Prescotech from July 2011 to December 2011, where they inspected manufactured parts and tracked daily inspections. Lacy began their career as a Business Administration Student Worker at the University of Evansville from August 2007 to May 2009.

Lacy Devine completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, which they attended from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2018, they obtained the AWS Business Professional (Digital) certification from Amazon Web Services. In 2015, they received the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT, and in 2016, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance.
