Scott Munday

Scott Munday has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott started their career as a Programming Intern at Medical Informatics Engineering, Inc in 2002, where they maintained the company's flagship CGI application for medical records and imagery management. Scott then worked as a Programmer Intern at Fort Wayne Community Schools in 2003, where they designed and developed the SCORE Competitive Events Database, a sport and competition score system.

In 2005, Scott worked as an Ada Programming Tutor at Indiana Institute of Technology before joining Visionary Web as a Lead Web Developer in 2006. At Visionary Web, they served as the lead developer until 2012 and worked on various web development projects.

In 2012, Scott joined HMS as a Developer Analyst and worked there until 2014. Scott then joined Rivera Group as a Software Engineer and was promoted to Senior Software Architect during their time there. At Rivera Group, they worked on the company's flagship software Eagle6 and demonstrated effective time management and programming skills.

From 2015 to 2018, Scott worked as a Senior Software Architect at EAGLE6 and was responsible for architectural decisions and software design. Scott then moved to Advanced Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer and worked on modernizing the Slot3D division's software and developing full-stack software for the Design Solutions division.

Scott's most recent role was at Theoris Solutions, where they served as a Tech Lead from 2020 to 2023. In this position, they oversaw multiple clients and projects, primarily in the Indianapolis area, and designed, developed, and maintained applications using C# and ASP.

Currently, Scott is working as a Senior Software Engineer at hc1, starting in 2023.

Scott Munday earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Networking from Indiana Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications including "Persuasive UX: Creating Credibility" and "User Experience Fundamentals for Web Design" from lynda.com in May 2015, "C# Essential Training" from lynda.com in April 2015, "Up and Running with AngularJS" from lynda.com in July 2014, "Zend Certified Engineer PHP 5.3" from Zend Technologies in December 2010, and "MySQL 5.0 Database Administrator" from Oracle in October 2010.
