Maureen Sears, LSM, LSPO

Maureen Sears has an extensive work experience that spans over several years. Maureen is currently working as a Sr. Project Manager at HC3 since March 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Business Electronics from December 2015 to March 2018, where they held the positions of Operations Manager and Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In their role as Sales and Marketing Coordinator, they led a re-branding and logo refresh project that resulted in a significant increase in annual revenue. Maureen also played a key role in creating, editing, and maintaining sales processes for a team of sales representatives. Maureen was responsible for managing email and direct mail marketing campaigns, coordinating networking events, maintaining online presence, and managing communication with cross-marketing partnerships. Additionally, they handled recruitment activities, including creating job descriptions, managing applications, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
