Victoria Vancura-Rutland

Victoria Rutland serves as Chief Growth Officer of HC3. Currently, she is responsible for the teams: Marketing, Business Development, and Project Management. Previously with HC3 she worked as the Director of Project Management. Prior to her work with HC3, Victoria served as Associate Director to Ballet Tennessee, Sales/Project Manager with Wolverine Worldwide (NY), and Sales Development with Nine West Group (IL). Victoria received the Oprah Civic Leadership Award for her project management leadership in nonprofit development with the volunteer program City Year Chicago, an AmeriCorps supported program. She’s served on the following boards of directors: ArtsBuild, Ballet Tennessee, Bessie Smith Cultural Center, and the Tennessee Association of Dance.

Mrs. Rutland received her BA in Sociology with honors from Roosevelt University. Outside of the office, she is learning how to ride horses and volunteering at The Red Barn.
