Prior to this role, Jessica was Director of Human Resources at RBC Medical Innovations, where responsibilities included managing recruitment and HR consultations for more than 75 professionals. Jessica's experience also includes serving as VP of Human Resources at Goodwill of Western MO & Eastern KS, where strategic HR administration was provided for nearly 700 employees, and various HR positions at CareStaf, Inc. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Ottawa University, Kansas City, and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Pittsburg State University.
