Jessica Sulzen

Jessica Sulzen, MHRM, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at HCA MidAmerica Division since February 2016, Jessica oversees HR functions for over 375 employees, emphasizing quality patient care and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Jessica was Director of Human Resources at RBC Medical Innovations, where responsibilities included managing recruitment and HR consultations for more than 75 professionals. Jessica's experience also includes serving as VP of Human Resources at Goodwill of Western MO & Eastern KS, where strategic HR administration was provided for nearly 700 employees, and various HR positions at CareStaf, Inc. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Ottawa University, Kansas City, and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Pittsburg State University.
