Abdelaziz Farhat M.D.

Abdelaziz Farhat MD has a range of work experience in the field of pediatrics. Abdelaziz currently serves as the Division Medical Director - Pediatrics at HCA Mountain Division. Previously, they worked at Pediatrix Medical Group as a Medical Director, overseeing the clinical operations of two pediatric departments. Abdelaziz also served as a Pediatric Intensivist at Pediatrix Medical Group. Prior to that, Dr. Farhat was a Pediatric Critical Care Fellow at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a Pediatric Resident at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Abdelaziz Farhat MD completed their education at Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar from 2010 to 2014, earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a specialization in Medicine.

In addition to their primary medical degree, they have obtained certification in two fields. In October 2017, they achieved certification in Pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). Then, in December 2020, Dr. Farhat acquired certification in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, also from the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).
