Michelle Henderson

Michelle Henderson is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Surgical Services at HCA Healthcare's TriStar Division since May 2024. Previously, Michelle held the position of Director of Perioperative & Endoscopy Services at Reston Hospital within HCA Virginia Health System from November 2021 to May 2024. Michelle's extensive experience also includes roles as Nurse Manager for Surgical and Outpatient Infusion at Mary Washington Healthcare and Chief Nursing Officer at HealthSouth. Michelle's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Chamberlain University, along with an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Germanna Community College.
