Prabhu Chander is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation analysis and business partnership roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at HCA Florida Healthcare since June 2021, Prabhu previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital from June 2018 to June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Business Partner at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center and as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital.
