Carly Field

Carly (Schumacher) Field, CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Finance for Graduate Medical Education at HCA Healthcare since May 2022. Prior to this role, Carly worked as a Finance Manager for Marketing & Ecommerce at Kirkland's and held senior financial analyst positions at HCA Physician Services Group and LifeWay Christian Resources. Carly began a career in finance at EY, where responsibilities included managing audit engagements, leading teams, and performing SOX/404 testing. Early career experience also includes a Field Associate role at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, focusing on fundraising events and budget management. Carly holds a BS in Business Administration-Accounting from Saint Louis University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University.
