Cindy Celnik

Cindy Celnik has extensive experience in women's health leadership, serving as Assistant National Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer at HCA Healthcare and The Woman's Hospital of Texas from November 2019 to September 2024, where Cindy led over 25 medical staff leaders and implemented clinical quality and safety initiatives in a 419-bed hospital. Prior experience includes roles as Physician/Surgeon in General Obstetrics and Gynecology at Colorado Permanente Medical Group, where Cindy performed various surgical procedures and managed antenatal to postnatal care, and held leadership positions including Chair of the Board of Directors Nominating Committee and Area Specialty Chief for the Department of OBGYN. Earlier career includes serving as Chief Resident at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital. Cindy holds an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of New Mexico School of Medicine.
