Devon Sirney

Devon Sirney is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in hospital-based services. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Healthcare, prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital and Director of Human Resources at North Okaloosa Medical Center. Devon has also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at both Trident Medical Center and HCA Florida North Florida Hospital, along with serving as an Employee Relations Coordinator/Recruiter and Senior Recruiter. Devon holds a Bachelor's degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, earned from 1999 to 2003.
