Megan McGuire

Megan McGuire, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at HCA Healthcare since September 2023. Previously, Megan held leadership roles at the Community Resource Center from 2021 to September 2023, including VP of Partnerships and Director of Partnerships, focusing on mobilizing resources to alleviate poverty in Nashville. At the United Way of Greater Nashville from 2018 to December 2020, Megan led community engagement strategies. Megan's prior experience includes managing the Community Achieves program at Metro Nashville Public Schools, where the first Community School model was implemented, and serving as a Senior Site Based Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee while overseeing mentorship programs. Education includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature with an emphasis on Integrated Strategic Communications.
