Michael W. Michelson

Michael W. Michelson is a retired, long-term member of the private equity firm, KKR & Co. L.P. Mr. Michelson previously served as a director of HCA from 2006 to 2016. He also serves as a director of Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. since June 2015. He began his professional career with the law firm of Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles, where he was involved in a broad corporate practice while specializing in management buyouts. He earned an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
