Rachel Babcock

Rachel Babcock, MBA-HM, has extensive experience in healthcare operations and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Nursing Performance and Operations at HCA Healthcare since June 2021. Rachel oversees a portfolio of operational and efficiency-driving analytics tools, specializing in the development of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate capabilities. Prior roles include Associate Application Analyst and Project Coordinator at CereCore, where responsibilities included managing automation projects for EHR implementations, as well as serving as a Senior Advisor at Agency Advisors, providing insights into campaign politics and public affairs. Rachel began a professional career as a High School Spanish Teacher with Teach For America after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Tulane University and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
