Samantha Leonard

Samantha Leonard, PharmD, BCPS, currently serves as the Division Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at HCA Healthcare, a position held since August 2019. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Lakeview Hospital from July 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, Clinical Informatics Pharmacist, and Pharmacy Supervisor. Samantha earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Roseman University of Health Sciences between 2012 and 2015 and holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Weber State University.
