Thomas Beck

Thomas Beck serves as Vice President of Labor & Employee Relations at HCA, overseeing a team responsible for managing labor relations and employee engagement for a large workforce. Beck's expertise includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, implementing workplace policies, and conducting internal investigations. Additionally, Beck is a venture capital and real estate investor focused on the economic development of Middle Tennessee. Previous experience includes serving as an Adviser during the presidential transition of Donald J. Trump, where Beck played a crucial role in appointing senior executives and advising on domestic policy. As Chairman of the Federal Labor Relations Authority, Beck led the agency through a significant turnaround. Beck's earlier career includes 16 years as a Partner at Jones Day, representing Fortune 500 companies in litigation and regulatory compliance matters. Beck holds a degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
