La Shannon Dupree has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, starting in 2011 with a role as a Patient Access Representative III at Memorial Hermann. La Shannon then moved on to TIRR Memorial Hermann in 2008 as a Patient Business Services Coordinator, where they handled patient demographic and financial information. In 2018, La Shannon transitioned to HCA Houston Healthcare, where they progressed from a Patient Access Manager to a Patient Access Director. In these roles, they oversaw daily operations, developed departmental policies, and ensured staff education and performance improvements.
