Mike Lance has a diverse work experience spanning from financial reporting at T. Rowe Price to business development roles at EyeCare Services Partners and HCA Healthcare Ambulatory Surgery Division. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Development Officer at HCA Houston Healthcare.

Mike Lance obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2008, followed by a Master of Science in Finance from Loyola University Maryland in 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Commercial Pilot and has passed the CFA Level I exam.
