Shanté M.

Shanté M. has held various roles in the field of infection prevention and control. Shanté started as a Lead Infection Control Practitioner at Infection Prevention & Management Associates, Inc. in 2011, then moved on to work as an Infection Preventionist at Houston Methodist in 2014. Shanté later joined HCA Healthcare in 2018 as a Director of Infection Prevention before being promoted to Assistant Vice President of Infection Prevention. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Operations at HCA Houston Healthcare since 2023.

Shanté M. earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of West Florida in 2007. Shanté later obtained a Master's degree in Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology from the same university in 2011.
