Kesang Wangchuk

Kesang Wangchuk is an experienced professional in research, IT sales, and project management, currently serving as Director of Research at both MESHD and HCCR since September and July 2022, respectively, overseeing teams of around 20 researchers. Prior to this, Kesang held the position of Country Manager at SELISE rockin’ software from July 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included project management, client communication, and administration for the Bhutan office. Kesang's background also includes roles as Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant at Cygnus Research MGT Inc. specializing in IT sales and recruitment, and earlier positions focusing on telecommunications engineering at Bhutan Telecom. Educationally, Kesang holds a Master of Engineering from Yokohama National University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, among other certifications in network switching technologies.
