Seema Dewan

Seema Dewan is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager currently leading a strategic transformation program at HCF Australia since March 2023, where notable achievements include delivering an Australian Industry First QR code scanning solution. Prior to this role, Seema managed large-scale IT projects at Westpac (via Infosys) from October 2011 to February 2023, focusing on business banking, customer experience, and digital initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Test Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where effective management of global testing teams ensured successful project deliveries, and as a Test Lead at Vodafone, overseeing Point of Sale system testing in mobile retail stores. Seema began a career in project leadership within prestigious Indian IT companies, holding roles as Lead Software Engineer from July 1991 to June 2000.
