Having spent over 20 years of his career specifically dedicated to ammonia refrigeration safety compliance, Max is an industry leader in developing Risk Management and Process Safety Management programs across the country. Max has performed countless compliance audits and hazard analyses, and his breadth of experience across a multitude of industries will serve HCG clients well. Having received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State, his concentration in theoretical aerodynamics provided him a strong crossover and many transferrable skills when he transitioned into the field of thermodynamics and refrigeration. Max has developed a deep and loyal customer base with a strong focus on the Midwest. He has presented several papers at leading national conferences, including the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR) and the Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association (RETA) conferences. Prior to entering the ammonia safety compliance field, he worked in secondary nuclear valve and piping development of United States Navy carriers and submarines.
