A. David Evans, CPA, CAIA

A. David Evans, CPA, CAIA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. A. David most recently worked as a Controller at HCG Fund Management, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Finance and Operations Associate at the same company from June 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining HCG Fund Management, Evans worked at Altisource Asset Management Corporation as a Vice President - Controller from January 2021 to May 2021. A. David also held the position of Senior Manager, Financial Reporting from August 2020 to January 2021.

From January 2018 to August 2020, Evans worked at Credit Suisse as an Assistant Vice President. A. David also served as a Legal Entity Controller and Senior Accountant from October 2015 to December 2017.

Prior to Credit Suisse, Evans was an Accountant in the Leadership Preparation Program at Lincoln Financial Group from May 2014 to October 2015.

A. David Evans, CPA, CAIA obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to their educational background, Evans holds several certifications. A. David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), having obtained their certification in July 2015 from the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners. Evans also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, which they achieved in May 2017 from the CAIA Association. Furthermore, they obtained the Series 27 - Financial and Operations Principal certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in August 2015, although it has since expired. Most recently, in June 2023, Evans obtained the CAIA Private Debt Microcredential and the UniFi by CAIA Private Debt Microcredential from the CAIA Association.
