Steve Henigan is the Founder & CEO of HCG since January 2018. Prior to that, Steve was a Principal and Co-Leader of Global Workplace Consultancy Practice at Perkins+Will from January 2016 to January 2018. Before joining Perkins+Will, Steve served as the Vice President, Regional (EMEA) Leader of Consulting at HOK from November 2013 to January 2016. Steve started their career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Burnley Wilson Fish and worked their way up to become a Partner / Head of Management Consultancy at Robinson Low Francis. Steve also held roles at John Lewis and William Verry Limited. Steve holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from the University of Reading and a 1st Class Hons in Quantity Surveying from the University of Westminster.
