Kate Rodriguez

Kate Rodriguez is an accomplished executive recruitment and talent management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive Partner at HCI Equity Partners since June 2021, Kate advises on human capital, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion initiatives for the firm's portfolio, including Tech-24. Previously, Kate worked as a Global Executive Recruiter at Cognizant, collaborating with top business leaders to fulfill strategic executive search needs. At the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), Kate was promoted to VP and led the HR Retained Executive Search practice, specializing in high-performance HR roles for major clients. Kate's earlier experience includes positions at Hanold Associates, Nielsen, and General Electric, where recruitment strategies targeted senior leaders in diverse sectors. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering and French from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
