Raymond Cartagena

Raymond Cartagena is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at HCI Systems, Inc. since March 2023, Raymond has held the position of Engineering Department Manager at the same company since October 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at both Pyro-Comm Systems, Inc. (2011-2015) and Rycart Design Enterprises LLC (2003-2011), as well as Project Engineer at SSD Systems (1997-2003). Raymond holds an Associate's degree in Fire Prevention and Safety Technology from Santa Ana College, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in CAD/CADD Drafting from ITT Technical Institute-Orange, and an Associate of Arts in Automotive Engineering Technology from Golden West College.
