Vicky Alvedro

Vicky Alvedro is the Head of HR at HCL, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, Vicky worked at Hertfordshire County Council from 2016 to 2023 as an HR Consultant, where they focused on aligning HR interventions with business needs and customer strategic plans. Vicky also served as an HR Manager, managing the HR Business Partner team, and was previously an HR Officer at Imperial Cancer Research Fund from 1992 to 2000. Vicky holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Bedfordshire and is a Chartered Member of CIPD, pursuing further education since 2003.
