Anil Bhelkar

Anil Bhelkar has extensive work experience at HCL Infosystems Ltd., starting in 1986 as an Area Manager and later progressing to various leadership roles. From 2005 to 2010, they served as the Head of Research and Development - Security. In 2011, they became the Head Technology - Strategic Projects. From 2012 to 2013, Anil held the position of Head - Biometrics Program - UIDAI Project, where they oversaw a government initiative for providing unique identification numbers. In 2014, they became the Head Migration (Biometrics) UIDAI Project, and in 2015, they were appointed as the Head of Defense Project for Tactical Communications.

Anil Bhelkar received their Engineer's Degree in Electronics & Power from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1985. Prior to that, they completed their High School education in Science & Electronics from Shivaji Science College from 1979 to 1981. Anil'searlier education was in Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they studied under the CBSE curriculum until 1979.
