Jagadeshwar Gattu

Jagadeshwar Gattu, popularly known as Jags, is President of Digital Foundation Services including Cloud, Digital workplace, Network, Cybersecurity and cross-functional services. In this role, he is responsible for spearheading strategy, offerings, growth, and service delivery, constantly disrupting the status quo and evolving this business to be the foundation of the Digital enterprise.

In his previous role as Senior Corporate Vice President, he led Infrastructure Services Delivery across industry verticals in North America, delivering hyper growth with best-in-class customer satisfaction. He was also instrumental in establishing Canada as a key growth geography.

As a founding member of HCL’s infrastructure business, he has held diverse leadership positions and has been instrumental in establishing HCL as a leading Infrastructure services business. His expertise is not only limited to Service Delivery, Transition, Transformation & Leadership Development but also delivering operational standardization through DRYiCE Autonomics & Orchestration framework & Workforce Transformation.

Jags is passionate about sustainability, diversity, inclusion, and team enablement. He and his teams have contributed tremendously to HCL foundation initiatives and volunteering activities for betterment of our communities.

He is a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach towards strategy, execution and problem solving. Prior to his tenure at HCL, he co-founded an Identity and Access Management firm, ILANTUS Technologies and implemented various enterprise management technologies with Computer Associates. He has co-authored the book “Contemporary IT Service delivery in Enterprise – a handbook for service delivery managers”.

Jags lives in Dallas with his wife and two sons. He is an avid reader with keen interest in spiritual & philosophical literature. He enjoys long hikes and travelling across the globe.
