Kristina Rogers

Kristina Rogers leads our Retail and CPG business, driving strategy and go-to-market execution across all service lines. She is focused on driving business growth and enhancing and shaping our AI-driven industry solutions and capabilities.

Kristina has over three decades of industry experience in the Consumer Products, Retail and Agribusiness sectors. She has lived, traveled and worked across 60+ countries, including 13 years in Istanbul and 5 years in the UK.

Before joining HCLTech, Kristina worked for EY and Monitor Group (now Deloitte). She was recognized among EY’s Top 100 Global Executives.

Kristina is a member of the Financial Times ‘Global Board Ready Women’ group and previously sat on Medtronic's Corporate Advisory Board. She is an accomplished public speaker and panelist and has spoken at various conferences on topics such as 'Keeping Senior Women in the Workplace' and 'Winning with Consumers in the Marketplace'.

Based in Chicago, Kristina has an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, Canada and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
