He is responsible for defining the business vision and driving the execution strategy across these verticals, also has a leadership role to drive growth in Germany across all industries.

With over 28 years of experience in digital transformation, Pankaj brings deep industry expertise and a strong track record of delivering innovative, outcome-driven solutions that provide differentiated value to global enterprises. He has built a reputation for creating strategic partnerships and enabling mutual value creation. Whether it is shaping large-scale strategic outsourcing engagements, adopting vested sourcing models, or driving key transformation initiatives, Pankaj consistently focuses on delivering committed business outcomes for clients.

Since joining HCLTech in 2007, Pankaj has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in Europe. As a founding member of HCLTech’s Nordics operations, he has been instrumental in driving remarkable growth and establishing robust local delivery capabilities. His leadership is marked by a customer-centric approach, fostering innovation and accelerating market expansion.

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Pankaj is a graduate of engineering and management, and has previously spent a decade at an internet startup.
