Sandeep Kumar Saxena heads Growth Markets 2, leading expansion across high-potential regions including India, Middle East and Africa, France, Iberia and Italy. Sandeep is responsible for driving AI-led solutions and platform services while fostering a culture of innovation and agility to accelerate growth in these dynamic markets.

A founding member of HCLTech’s Infrastructure Services Division (ISD), Sandeep brings more than 28 years of experience in IT, spanning solutions, business acquisition and sales. Since joining HCLTech in 1998, he has held pivotal roles in business development, client growth and customer satisfaction in India and internationally. Sandeep played a key role in establishing HCLTech’s infrastructure business in Europe, and his leadership has been instrumental in advancing digital transformation, cloud adoption and next-generation operating models for global clients.

Sandeep is widely recognized for his collaborative leadership style, approachability and commitment to nurturing talent. He is known for building strong, trust-based relationships with colleagues and clients, fostering open communication and guiding teams through complex transformations to deliver sustained business value.

Sandeep holds a master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), one of the world’s premier engineering institutions.
