Amer al-Mousa

Amer Al-Mousa is a seasoned software architect currently serving as the Lead Software Architect at HCL Software since November 2021. Prior to this role, Amer held various positions at IBM Canada from September 2010 to October 2021, progressing from Associate Software Developer to Advisory Software Developer, with significant contributions to the Cloud Software Development team for IBM Data Fabric and the Search Development team for IBM WebSphere Commerce. Amer began the career at IBM as an intern in WebSphere Commerce Functional Verification Testing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from Lakehead University and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology from Seneca Polytechnic. Additionally, experience in technical support was gained at Seneca College, providing assistance and developing applications for operational efficiency.
