Brad Springer is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in software development and database management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Urbancode at HCLSoftware since June 2021, Brad previously held the position of Associate Director at HCL Accelerate. Prior experience includes roles as UrbanCode Development Manager at both HCL Technologies and IBM, as well as Senior Manager of Data Management Solutions at Avery Dennison. Additional expertise was gained as a Senior Business Intelligence Architect at ERICO and through various managerial positions at QuinStreet and Insurance.com. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hiram College.
