Craig Needham

Craig Needham is an experienced professional in global alliances and business development within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Alliances for Europe at HCLSoftware since June 2023, Needham has held significant roles at prominent companies including Fortinet and Trend Micro, focusing on global systems integration and security solutions. Previous positions include Vice President of Sales at Virtustream, and various leadership roles at Hitachi Vantara, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Capgemini, and Deutsche Telekom AG. Needham co-founded Performability Limited to enhance business change and sales performance and began a career in Learning and Development with Vodafone, where contributions included the establishment of the Vodafone Corporate Sales Academy.
