Cristiana D'Amore

Cristiana D'Amore is a seasoned professional in user experience and customer engagement, currently serving as Senior UX Researcher and Customer Engagement Lead at HCL Software since 2019. With a background in UX Design at HCL Technologies since February 2018, Cristiana plays a crucial role in the Security business unit, focusing on enhancing customer experience for the BigFix product through customer interviews and interaction programs, guided by IBM Design methodology. Previously, Cristiana held several positions at IBM, including Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Tivoli Software and various managerial roles overseeing software development and architectural teams. Cristiana holds a Laurea in Mathematics from Sapienza Università di Roma, earned between 1986 and 1991.
