Gaurav Kumar

Gaurav Kumar is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in Informix database management and support. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer-I in the Informix Product Support division at HCL Technologies since October 2018, Gaurav specializes in assisting Informix customers worldwide. Previous roles include Lead Informix DBA at CGI, where management of a 5TB production database was undertaken, and as a Sr. Informix DBA at Estel Technologies, overseeing a diverse portfolio of Informix clients across the APAC and EMEA regions. Gaurav's early career includes positions as a Support Engineer at Reebok and Wipro Infotech, along with a consultant role at Express KCS, and a brief cybersecurity internship with Gurugram Cyber Cell. Gaurav holds a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
